and professional manner. Our clients have good ideas. They use
us to help put those ideas - expanded and detailed - into reality.
We focus on Interior Design:
The creation of environments which support and enhance who people
are, what they do, and how they live. Receiving as much information
from our clients and encouraging their complete understanding
of our work is essential for successful projects.
Our business is Design/Sales.
We charge hourly fees for design development and offer quotations
for products specified. We work with our clients to develop a
scope of services from which we can estimate the cost of a project.
This initial study becomes a budget projection which can be modified
up or down depending on changes. After a budget review, time-lines
are identified for project completion.
Interior
Design is a process. It includes:
- Identification: Summarizing our clients needs
- Research: accumulating data to clarify communication
- Creativity: Pure design as well as coordination
of existing elements
- Skills: drafted documents, business organization
and follow through.
During most projects, documentation
is organized in a notebook format. Duplicate notebooks are given
to our clients for project reference and future referral. In
this way our design direction is clearly understood and maintained
